Three Santa Maria men accused of kidnapping a 17-year-old boy and holding him for ransom were in a Riverside Federal courtroom this week. They are charged with felony kidnapping. Prosecutors say the three men kidnapped the victim in San Bernardino, brought him back to Santa Maria and held him for ransom in a Santa Maria Motel 6. All three are facing a statutory maximum sentence of life in prison. They have all pleaded not guilty.
