Pismo Beach is moving forward to develop a plan to reduce parking frustrations. A proposed plan to make it easier to find parking and keep it under 85% occupancy was approved by the city council ealier this week. The plan includes expanding paid parking, investing in alternative forms of transportation like E-bikes, and developing more parking spaces. City officials say it will take time to solve the town’s parking struggles.
