San Luis Obispo Police have arrested a 15-year-old in connection to the Lizzie Fire that burned 100 acres Near San Luis Obispo High School. Officials say, two juveniles were spotted on security footage leaving an area where the blaze began. The juvenile was booked into Juvenile Hall. The Lizzie Fire was last reported to be 80 percent contained. Meanwhile, San Luis Obispo City Fire Officials say the Lizzie Fire and two fires that broke out at Cal Poly are not related.
