A San Luis Obispo man is behind bars following an hours-long standoff with police. It happened Friday afternoon. According to the Tribune, 37-year-old Kona Wilson allegedly got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend inside their South Street home. He threatened to kill her and brandished a knife. The girlfriend escaped and called 911. Officers arrived minutes later. After surrounded the home, and several hours of negotiation, Wilson surrendered and was booked on various felony and misdemeanor charges.
