The historic Lompoc Theater is finally getting a makeover. The Lompoc Theatre Project’s renovation efforts has received a 2.2 million dollar boost to help pay for phase 2 of the project. The theater has been closed since 1991. A renovation project began in 2012 with a goal of reopening the theater by it’s 100th anniversary in 2027.
