A new 55 and older community is coming to Paso Robles. More than 400 new single-family homes will make up the Vinedo development. Officials say the 280-acre development will include resort-style amenities including a fitness center and dining and wine programs. The development is being built by Shea Homes and home sales could begin early next year.
