California State Parks and Cal Fire SLO will be performing a number of prescribed burns at several parks within San Luis Obispo County. The burns help reduce wildfire dangers, improve wildlife habitats, and restore essential nutrients to the soil. Hearst San Simeon, Harmony Headlands, Estero Bluffs, Morro Bay, and Montana de Oro are on the list for either this month or early March.
