Two men suspected of installing skimming devices on ATMs have been arrested. Earlier this week, Grover Beach Police removed a skimming device from a Bank of America ATM. The next day, they found another skimming device on the same ATM. Officers spotted two men approaching the ATM. After making contact, the duo was arrested and booked into the SLO County Jail. Bail was set at 200,000 dollars.
