The Thanksgiving holiday travel season has begun. Triple-A predicts today will be the busiest day on the roads during the holiday travel period. CHP Officer Jordan Richards reminds everyone about the Maximum Enforcement Weekend that begins today at 6 p.m. and what officers will be looking for, “Speed, Driving under the influence, and seat belts.” Last year, 37 people died in crashes across California and more than 8600 were cited for speeding and seat belt violations.
