A proposed housing project has some Morro Bay residents concerned. An empty lot on Panorama Drive is the proposed site for 48 new homes. However neighbors are concerned about the possibility of the hillside becoming unstable. Adding that they have seen evidence of new slippage near the site. The project is still in the early planning stages. Final plans are expected to reach the City Council next spring.
