The man who allegedly stabbed Paul Flores in prison has been charged with attempted murder. The Fresno County D.A.’s Office claims 43-year-old Jason Budrow stabbed Flores in the neck with an inmate-manufactured weapon in August. Flores survived the attack and was transferred back to prison. Budrow is serving two life sentences for two separate murders.
