For the past few months, Central Coast Law enforcement agencies have received reports of ATM Skimming devices. Last month two Romanian men were taken into custody after allegedly placing card skimmers on a Bank of America ATM. Last week, San Luis Obispo Police located a skimmer on a Bank of America ATM in downtown San Luis Obispo. Another Romanian man was arrested. 46-year-old Doru Parvu is being held without bail.
