The two Cal Poly who were arrested on weapons charges made their first court appearance this week. Cal Poly Police received reports of shots being fired last month. They found Charles Hojaboom and Brandon Pham in the area with a concealed firearm and a shotgun. They have been charged with seven felonies including, Possessing a loaded firearm on a college or university. Hojaboom is being held without bail.
