Pismo Beach Police say three store clerks are facing fines and community service after they sold alcohol to minors. According to a press release, police sent minor decoys into 10 different businesses in the city. Only three clerks sold the minor alcohol. They now face a minimum $250 fine and 24 to 32 hours of community service for a first violation. The Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control may also take action against the businesses where the clerks worked.
