The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office has identified two victims of last month’s fatal collision on the 101. Authorities say 30-year-old Arnol Zuniga and 30-year-old Adrian Rojas-Ramirez, both of Santa Maria were traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of Highway 101 when they collided with an oncoming car. The investigation is ongoing.
