Santa Maria Sheriff’s investigators have identified the victim of last weekend’s fatal Officer-involved shooting. Authorities say 32-year-old Wesley Klotthor was shot and killed following a standoff with law enforcement. All began when Klotthor pulled a gun during a family argument last Saturday. Negotiators tried to de-escalate the situation. The shooting happened when two detectives found Klotthor in the backyard. The investigation continues.
