The annual maintenance on the Early Warning System sirens begins this morning. PG&E and San Luis Obispo County do an annual inspection of each siren to help ensure the system is ready incase of an emergency. Following each inspection crews will perform a low-volume growl test. The annual siren maintenance will continue through July.
