The murder trial of a woman accused of selling fentanyl to a man resulting in his death ended in a mistrial yesterday. 50-year-old Brandi Turner had admitted that she sold fentanyl to 31-year-old Quinn Hall in October 2022. He would later be found dead behind the Animal Services building. After three days of deliberations, jurors were unable to agree on Turner’s guilt of the murder charge, ending in a mistrial. According to the Tribune, the San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office will now decide if it wants to retry the case.
