San Luis Obispo Police will be putting up a DUI checkpoint. According to yesterday’s press release, officers will be looking for impaired drivers. That includes alcohol, marijuana, and some prescription and over-the-counter drugs. The checkpoint will be held tomorrow night starting at 8 o’clock at an undisclosed location within the city limits. First-time DUI offenses can carry fines and fees of up to 13,000 dollars and the suspension of your driver’s license.
