Arroyo Grande Police say the man who shot and killed his apartment manager last week was suing her for allegedly assaulting his cat. According to the Tribune, the 66-year-old had filed a small claims order to cover the medical bills for his cat. Two days before David Falcon and apartment manager Cambria Grant were due in court, Falcon shot and killed Grant. Following a standoff with police, he took his own life.
