Santa Barbara Airport reopened yesterday afternoon. The weekend storm dumped almost 3 inches of rain, causing flooding on one of the airport’s runways. Officials grounded all commercial flights Sunday evening and Monday morning while pausing private and charter travel, and closed the terminal. Even though the Airport has been reopened, officials are still recommending that passengers check with their airlines directly for flight status.
