A Santa Maria woman, accused of felony hit-and-run and DUI, was found guilty yesterday. Prosecutors say 44-year-old Laura Lee Millar was in an argument with another person on February 23, last year. When Arroyo Grande Police Officers arrived, she fled in her car, striking an officer on her way out of the parking lot. The collision caused “significant injury” to the officer. She was eventually apprehended in Buellton. Millar’s sentencing is scheduled for February 29th.
