Santa Maria City officials have announced the closure of Preisker Park following the weekend storm. A large eucalyptus tree fell onto a road inside the park, causing hazardous conditions. Officials say, once the tree is removed and a safety inspection is completed, the park may reopen as soon as tomorrow.
