Shots fired in a North County neighborhood led to a man going to jail over the weekend. San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of shots being fired on North Second Street in Shandon Saturday morning. A 911 caller said they heard a woman screaming after the shots were fired. After more than an hour of negotiations, a man surrendered. Officials say no one was injured and there was no threat to public safety.
