A San Luis Obispo man accused of vehicular manslaughter in the deaths of a San Luis Obispo couple and their dog has pled guilty. According to the SLO County D.A.’s Office, Daniel Saliganpatricio was driving on Sacramento Drive in San Luis Obispo when he struck Matthew Chachere and Jennifer Besser who were walking their dog in November 2022. Saliganpatricio entered his guilty pleas on all charged counts. He’ll be sentenced in April.
