Atascadero Police arrested three people suspected of an alcohol crime spree. According to a press release, Paso Robles Police notified surrounding law enforcement agencies to be on the lookout for a red Mercedes believed to be involved in a theft of alcohol. A short time later, Atascadero Police received a 911 call about a similar theft at Smart And Final. Officers caught up with the suspects and their red Mercedes. Dozens of bottles of liquor and mini energy shots were recovered. An investigation is ongoing.
