Volunteers dedicated part of their weekend to cleaning up graffiti near Santa Rosa Park. Saturday’s Cleanup included a father and son team who recently moved to San Luis Obispo from Dallas Texas. Oliver Maxwell says the Graffiti takes away from the natural beauty of the area. According to KSBY, Bill Proll, a reserve police officer for SLO, has been involved with graffiti cleanup in San Luis Obispo for almost 40 years. He says “The police department is really stepping up the enforcement to catch the people who are doing this.”
