The former San Luis Obispo County employee accused of embezzling 250,000 dollars has had his bail lowered. 54-year-old Norman Hibble is facing 12 counts of embezzlement. Prosecutors say he used a county credit card to purchase $100,000 worth of various items. Yesterday, the judge in the case ruled that Hibble is entitled to a bail he could afford. According to the Tribune, his Bail was reduced from 250,000 to 100,000 dollars. If Hibble does make bail, he’ll be required to wear an ankle monitor.
