Ballot counting continues in this week’s primary election. The San Luis Obispo County Clerk-Recorders office has counted all the mail-in received before election day and ballots cast on Super Tuesday. Clerk-Recorder staff are now going through ballots that were received on Tuesday or postmarked by March 5th, along with provisional ballots. One race that hangs in the balance is the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors District 5 seat. Heather Moreno still leads Susan Funk by 670 votes.
