The owner of a popular Morro Bay fish market was in front of a judge this week. Giovanni DeGarimore was charged last year with multiple felonies, including several weapons charges and possession of matter depicting a minor in a provocative situation. DeGarimore pleaded not guilty to all charges against him on Tuesday. He’s due back in court on April 16.
