The first district seat on the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors is still too close to call. Challenger Roy Lee is maintaining a 52 percent of the vote lead over incumbent Das Williams. Elections officials say they still have roughly 41,000 ballots to count. They have 30 days after the election to finalize their official results with the California Secretary of State.
