A four-acre lot in Orcutt could soon be the home of a new 99-unit apartment complex. Yesterday, the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors approved a revised proposal that increased the number of apartments in the project. The project grew from 61 units to a 99-unit affordable housing project. The new project would be near St. Joseph High School, Righetti High School.
