The San Luis Obispo County Safe Parking Site on Oklahoma Avenue was scheduled to cease operations yesterday, but a federal judge has delayed the closure. According to the Tribune, the judge granted a temporary restraining order against San Luis Obispo County on Friday. The restraining order is part of a lawsuit filed by the local chapter of the California Homeless Union. The 16 remaining residents can now stay at the site until Friday, March 29th at 4:20 p.m.
