A San Luis Obispo jury has found a second driver in a fatal hit and run guilty. Prosecutors told the jury, that in the early morning hours of July 3, 2021, 22-year-old Steve Leon was hit by a vehicle on Meadowlark Road in Paso Robles. Witnesses testified that Leon was still alive and on the road when a second driver, Christopher Winters ran over the victim and fled. The first driver was never identified. Winters is facing four years in prison when he’s sentenced next month.
