A 50-year-old San Luis Obispo woman is heading to prison. Brandi Turner pleaded no contest to a charge of voluntary manslaughter in February. Prosecutors said she sold fentanyl to 31-year-old Quinn Hall of Templeton in October 2022. Hall would die hours later. On Friday, Turner was sentenced to the maximum prison term allowable under law six years in prison for manslaughter and another year for the drug charges.
