A Morro Bay man is behind bars this morning. Police received reports of a stabbing on Reno Court Friday night. The female victim was found with wounds to her neck, chest, and hands. She was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Police say the victim was able to identify her assailant, 71-year-old Jerry Adams. Officers caught up with Adams a short time later. He’s facing several charges including attempted homicide.
