A fight in Oceano led to the arrest of a Grover Beach man. San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a fight in Oceano yesterday afternoon. When deputies arrived, they learned one of the men involved in the fight had fled. They caught up with the suspect, who was seen driving erratically on Highway 1. A short pursuit ended when CHP officers deployed a spike strip. A brief standoff, that eventually included the use of pepper balls, ended with the arrest of 43-year-old Jacob Lopez of Grover Beach.
