Santa Maria City officials are putting the call out to local artists to put their mark on the heart of downtown. According to KSBY, City leaders say they hope the project will help transform the pedestrian overpass linking Town Center East with Town Center West into a vibrant symbol of community pride and creativity. Artists have until May 31st to submit their proposals.
