Gas prices continue to rise. The Energy Department says the average price nationwide for regular unleaded is now at 3-67 a gallon, up 4 cents in the past week. According top Triple-A, California is averaging 5.42 a gallon. San Luis Obispo County is averaging 5.55 a gallon. In Santa Barbara County, it’s 5.34 a gallon. Analysts say some relief should be on the way – prices typically dip a bit between Spring Break and summer demand periods.
