A major housing project planned for the Dana Reserve is headed to a final hearing today and tomorrow. The proposed plan would bring 1,470 homes to a 288-acre plot of land in Nipomo. The plan includes home prices ranging between 475,000 dollars to 1.2 million dollars. The San Luis Obispo County Planning Commission approved the plan in October. Supervisors will begin hearing arguments for and against the project at the Katcho Achadjian Government Center this morning at 9 o’clock.
