A Cal Poly student is taking the school to court. Third-year journalism student Elizabeth Wilson and the non-profit First Amendment Coalition have filed suit against Cal Poly. The suit alleges the university violated the California Public Records Act when it failed to provide public records regarding alleged sexual assault and student labor violations on campus in a timely manner. Cal Poly officials say they do not comment on pending Litigations.
