A Central Coast substitute teacher is facing child pornography charges. San Luis Obispo Police investigators say Jack Smith was taken into custody last week on suspicion of possession and distribution of child pornography. Authorities say, so far, there is no evidence of any local victims. The investigation is ongoing.
