A major housing project is coming to Nipomo. Following two days of sometimes heated public comment, the San Luis Obispo Obispo County Board of Supervisors approved the Dana Reserve Specific Plan. It will include 1470 homes on 288 acres in Nipomo. The project will include much-needed workforce housing and low to very low-income homes. the plane was approved by a vote of 3 to 2.
