Months of negotiations between The Northern Chumash Tribal Council and the Morro Bay Offshore Wind Leaseholders have resulted in an agreement. All parties involved say the agreement will allow the development of a proposed Chumash Heritage Marine Sanctuary and the development of offshore wind projects.
