Gas Prices have dipped a bit. According to Triple-A, the national average for a gallon of gas is 3.66 a gallon. In California, it’s 5.36 a gallon, down 4 cents from last week but still 21 cents higher than a month ago. In San Luis Obispo County, a gallon of regular is averaging 5.51 a gallon. And in Santa Barbara County a gallon of regular unleaded is averaging 5.32 a gallon.
