A mobile home fire in Oceano sent a resident to the hospital over the weekend. According to yesterday’s press release, the fire started at around 3:20 on Sunday afternoon. When Five Cities Fire Authority Fire Crews arrived, they found the fire burning at the back of the home. Officials say the fire appeared to have started outside the residence. Quick work by firefighters kept the flames from intruding into the home. One resident suffered a burn injury. The Cause of the fire is under investigation.
