A tentative contract may have stopped a Central Coast teacher’s strike. Yesterday, following months of contract negotiations, an agreement between the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District and the teacher’s union was announced. Talks had been stalled since February. According to a press release, The agreement came at the “end of a fact-finding hearing, careful deliberation and negotiations.” Details of the agreement will be released at an upcoming public board meeting.
