Just days after Paso Robles unanimously repealed its paid parking ordinance, the San Luis Obispo City Council announced it may be dropping parking rates. According to the Tribune, the council will be holding a special meeting to discuss three options that would lower the parking rates for downtown parking structures and street parking. The special meeting will be held tomorrow evening in the Council Chambers at 5:30.
