Two men from Fresno were arrested in Paso Robles on Monday. The men are accused of stealing roughly 2,000 dollars of merchandise from a Target store before fleeing. 28-year-old Christopher Arreola fled in a Ford Focus but rear-ended another car. He jumped out and was captured after a brief foot chase. 42-year-old Brennon Visser was arrested in a nearby parking lot. An investigation is ongoing.
