Grover Beach has begun a multimillion-dollar enhancement project. The West Grand Avenue Streetscape Project has been in the planning stages for a few years and will, eventually, enhance the downtown core, slow down traffic, and encourage pedestrian use. Construction should be completed sometime late this year.
